Is this a joke?
This is 100% real. You won’t have to take us to court to get a jet.
How many entries can I have?
You can enter up to 400 times. Each can you buy is an entry. So buy an 8-pack, get 8 entries. Buy a 24-pack, get 24 entries, etc. Max 400 entries per person.
Can I submit a receipt from an online purchase?
No. Purchases through online retailers like Amazon do not qualify. You must go into a physical store and text us a picture of a qualifying receipt from the register. (Winning a jet is a pretty big prize. It shouldn’t be too easy.)
Where do I text my receipts?
Register your mobile phone number first at liquiddeath.com/jet , and then follow the instructions. If you already registered, text your receipts to 29036. Any receipt texted without registering will not be accepted.
Does Death Dust count?
Yes. Each stick is an entry. But you have to buy it in a physical store. Check out the store locator to find it.
What are the eligibility requirements?
We are giving away a jet! So there’s definitely some requirements. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C., 18 years or older. Submit your entry starting May 21, 2024 to September 4, 2024, Pacific Standard Time. Full requirements listed in the Official Rules .
My receipt didn't qualify. What is a qualifying receipt?
Make sure you are submitting a printed receipt from a physical store. Be sure you haven’t already submitted that receipt. Duplicate receipts will not be accepted. The receipt must:
- Clearly display the visible date and time of purchase to verify the purchase was made within the Sweepstakes Period
- Clearly display store name and address/store ID to confirm the purchase location is within the eligible geographical area where the Sweepstakes is offered (i.e., fifty (50) states and D.C.)
- Be itemized and specifically include the purchased Liquid Death product(s) as an itemized entry (i.e., the receipt must clearly include Liquid Death’s name and the product(s) purchased)
- Be original and must not show signs of alteration or tampering
What happens if I win? How do I pick up the Jet?
Some companies joke about giving away jets. We don’t. We’ll notify you if you’ve won. Once we’ve confirmed you qualify, we’ll work with you to figure out how you’d like to pick up your jet. The jet will be made available for pick-up from a designated hangar on a date that is within 2 to 9 months of the date you selected the Jet as your chosen prize and when we confirm you meet all the eligibility requirements. Is there an alternative cash prize?
Yes. If you decide you don’t want your own personal L-39 Aero Jet, you’ll have the option to take a briefcase with $250,000 instead. (We’ll let you keep the helmet and year’s supply of Liquid Death though.)
